Privacy Policy
This policy explains which data Lykoset collects, why, and how you can control it.
1. Data we collect
Account data (name, e-mail, language, time zone, currency), the data you record in Tasks and Finance, subscription data provided by Stripe (without the full card number) and minimal technical security records (sessions, sign-in attempts with the IP address anonymized by hash).
2. Why we use it
To provide the service, authenticate you, bill the subscription, send transactional e-mails (verification, sign-in code, password recovery, security notices and, if you opt in, financial alerts) and keep the platform secure.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell your data, do not send task content or financial amounts to analytics tools and do not use your data for advertising.
4. Sharing
We share only what is necessary with providers that operate the service: hosting, database, e-mail delivery and Stripe for payments, each under contract and with limited access.
5. Retention and deletion
Data you delete stays in a 30-day retention window before permanent removal. You can export your data and request account deletion in settings; deletion is scheduled and can be cancelled within the stated window.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data, revoke sessions and change e-mail preferences at any time. Additional rights under LGPD, GDPR or other applicable laws will be honored according to the law of your country.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections, protected cookies, per-account data isolation, single-use sign-in codes and auditing of sensitive actions.
